Return steps with Lemoni
Returns with Lemon are available within two (2) days of receiving the order.
All you have to do:

You will be responded to and contacted within a maximum period of 24 hours .
Return Terms:
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, with the identification card attached , and the original packaging with all its components .
- Returns are based on the value of the products only , and do not include shipping fees (delivery or return).
- After the shipping policy is issued by Lemoni, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company (SMSA or Aramex).
- Invoices issued through the website cannot be returned in showrooms , and vice versa.
All returns are processed through the same purchase channel .
- The customer has the right to return the product without any costs if the product is defective or damaged.
Lemoni bears all costs after examining the product and confirming damage and defect.
- The value of the returned items will be transferred to the customer’s account after receiving them and confirming their condition .
This is after deducting the shipping fees shown above.
- If the return results in the order no longer meeting the free shipping requirement (SAR 299) , the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The timeframe for receiving a refund varies depending on the bank, but it does not exceed 14 days from the date we receive the return.
- The returned shipment must be delivered to the shipping company within 48 hours of the policy being issued.
If the period is not adhered to, the policy will be cancelled and the return of the products will be rejected .
