Steps to replace with Lemoni
Exchange with Lemoni is available within 3 days. From receiving the order.
All you have to do:
Replacement steps:
- Fill out the apron replacement request form via the link ( here ) .
- Fill out the dress exchange request form via the link ( here ) .
- Contact our customer service team via the website or via WhatsApp: 0556598851
- We will respond and contact you within a maximum period of 24 hours .
- The product to be exchanged will arrive at our warehouse within 1 to 7 business days .
After the product arrives, check it and ensure that all accessories and original packaging are present,
The replacement product will be shipped directly .
Replacement terms:
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, with the identification card attached , and the original packaging with all its components .
- The customer bears the shipping costs back and forth (from the customer to the store and back).
- After the shipping policy is issued by Lemoni, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company .
- Replacement is available for one time only , and the replacement order cannot be returned .
- If there is a price difference between the returned product and the replacement product, the customer must pay the difference before completing the shipping process.
