Replacement steps:

- You will receive a response and be contacted within a maximum of 24 hours .
- The product to be replaced will arrive at our warehouses within 1 to 7 business days .
After the product arrives, is inspected, and it is confirmed that all accessories and original packaging are present,
The replacement product is shipped directly .
Replacement conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, with the identification card attached , and the original packaging with all its components .
- The customer bears the shipping costs round trip (from the customer to the store and vice versa).
- After the shipping document is issued by "Lemony", the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company .
- Replacement is available only once , and the replacement order cannot be returned .
- If there is a price difference between the returned product and the replacement product, the customer must pay the difference before the shipping process is completed.
