Return steps with Limoni

Returns with Limoni are available within 7 days .

All you have to do is:

  2. Contact the customer service team via:

You will receive a response and contact within a maximum of 24 hours .

Return policy:

  • The product must be in its original condition , unused, with the identification card attached , and the original packaging with all its components .
  • Returns are made only for the value of the products , and do not include shipping fees (delivery or return).
  • After Limoni issues the bill of lading , the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company (SMSA or Aramex).
  • Invoices issued via the website cannot be returned at exhibitions , and vice versa.

All returns are processed through the same purchase channel .

  • The customer has the right to return the product at no cost if the product is defective or damaged.

Limoni will bear all costs after inspecting the product and confirming the damage and defect.

note:

The product is inspected upon receipt, and if the damage is found to be due to misuse or intentional damage, the store will not bear the shipping fees.


  • The value of the returned items is transferred to the customer's account.

  • The time it takes to receive the refund varies depending on the bank, but it does not exceed 14 days from the date we receive the return.
  • The returned shipment must be handed over to the shipping company within 48 hours of the policy being issued.

If the time period is not adhered to, the policy will be cancelled and the return of the products will be refused .
