2. Provide the following information:

• order number

• Customer name

• Reason for cancellation

Order cancellation cases

• The store has the right to cancel the order without notifying the customer in the following cases:

• Product unavailability.

• There is an error in the customer’s order data or details.

In these cases, the amount will be refunded within 4–7 business days from the time the order is confirmed.

• The store has the right to delete or modify a product from the purchase invoice after notifying the customer and obtaining his approval.

The rest of the order is then shipped, and the remaining amount is refunded to the customer.

Customer Cancellation Policy

• The order can be cancelled within one hour of the order time.
• An order cannot be cancelled after receiving a shipping notification.

• The amount will be refunded to the bank card used for payment.
